USER AGREEMENT

This online curriculum is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program or any portion of it may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law. This is copyrighted material. Copyright 2003 — 2023 John WR Grunder. All rights reserved.

This online curriculum may not be copied, sold, traded or otherwise exchanged. Absolutely no images on this online curriculum may be used on a web site, or reproduced on electronic media or printed form. All materials on this online curriculum are the property of Exploration Education unless otherwise stated.  No images may be used for any other purpose unless given written permission from Exploration Education.

The registration number is only for the individual who purchased the curriculum and cannot be shared or transferred.

License Agreement: this license is granted in return for the purchase of the Exploration Education’s Science curriculum. In return for the above consideration, Exploration Education grants a non-exclusive right to the owner to use this online curriculum.

For purposes of this License: The term “user” means customer and the term “use” means storing, installing, loading, executing, or displaying the Software. The term “Software” means all programs, online files, and executable supplied. For third party programs included in this online curriculum the user is under the license agreement for said programs.

This Software may not be duplicated or copied. This License does not include the right to updates, upgrades, or other enhancements. This License confers no title or ownership in this Software and confers no rights whatsoever in any other intellectual property of Exploration Education. This License is not a sale of any rights in the Software. This License is nontransferable.

Exploration Education may terminate this License upon notice to the user for failure to comply with this License. Immediately upon the termination of the License, the user will destroy or return to Exploration Education all copies of the Software, including all copies from any adaptation into which such copies are merged.

This website is operated by Exploration Education. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our”, refer to Exploration EducationExploration Education offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on WordPress with the use of WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
